Use as much yogurt as you want sauce and give it a good whisking. Add water to get a consitency you like. We like it quite thick.
Stir in a good tablespoon of mustard, the juice of at least one lemon and your herbs.
Taste, adjust, eat with something lovely like fresh asparagus.
If you want a warm sauce, very carefully and gently heat the yoghurt and mustard mix on the stove or ina microwave on low setting. Add lemon and herbs at serving time..
